Resellers earn a recurring monthly commission of up to 20% on each active Budify subscription they refer. The exact rate depends on your reseller tier — Starter (10%), Growth (15%), and Elite (20%). You move up tiers based on the number of active clients in your portfolio.

Commissions are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid out within 5 business days via EFT to your South African bank account. You'll receive a detailed statement showing each client, their plan, and your commission earned. There's no minimum payout threshold.

Anyone with a passion for sales and an interest in the South African cannabis industry can apply. Ideal candidates include cannabis industry consultants, IT solution providers, business coaches, accountants, and individuals with an existing network of cannabis clubs or dispensaries. No prior tech experience is required — we train you fully.

No, joining the Budify reseller programme is completely free. There are no setup fees, no monthly membership costs, and no sales targets to meet in your first three months. We want you to succeed, so we remove every barrier to getting started.

No — Budify's team handles all technical support directly with your clients. Your role is to introduce clubs to the platform and maintain the relationship. We give you a dedicated reseller success manager as your single point of contact for any escalations.

Yes. While we encourage you to start in a region you know well, there's no hard geographic cap. Elite-tier resellers can operate nationally. If you have an existing network that spans multiple provinces, let us know in your application and we'll discuss a national territory agreement.

You'll get access to a full sales toolkit: co-branded pitch decks, one-pagers, demo video links, a personalised referral link, email templates, and access to our private reseller WhatsApp group. We also run monthly reseller webinars to keep you up to date with new features and sales strategies.

Your commission is tied to active subscriptions. If a client cancels, the commission for that client stops from the following month. However, your other active clients' commissions are unaffected. Our onboarding process is designed to maximise client retention, so churn is typically very low.
